Our maintenance staff is available to take care of your apartment service request Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please contact our office and our staff would be happy to generate a maintenance request for you. You may also submit a request for service from the form on this page.

They are available 24/7 for maintenance emergencies. The contact number for emergency maintenance is 248-506-4632.

Below are the issues we consider a maintenance emergency:

  • No heat (temps under 60 degrees)
  • No water
  • Toilet backing up
  • Leak
  • Lockout (Residents must pay $25 at the time of lockout)
  • No electricity (after contacting DTE 800-477-4747 to insure it isn't a utility issue)

Request Service

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period as outlined in the lease until the 5th of the month. On the 6th of each month, a late fee in the amount of $75 is added to your account. There is a $35 NSF charge for any payments returned by your bank.

You may pay your rent in the following forms:

  • Personal Check
  • Money Order
  • Credit Card, Debit Card of Checking Account
  • Automatic ACH or Credit Card, Debit Card payments
